BOE京东方：美国防部将公司列入“中国军事企业清单”并无正当理由

    6月11日晚间，京东方科技集团股份有限公司发布自愿性信息披露公告，表示，美国国防部将公司列入“中国军事企业清单”并无正当理由。

    公告显示，京东方科技集团股份有限公司关注到美国国防部于当地时间 2026 年 6 月 8 日发布“中国军事企业清单”，其中包括京东方。

    BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has notedthat onJune 8, 2026 (ET), the United States Department of Defense published the list of Chinese Military Companies (the “CMC List”), which includestheCompany.

    京东方持续致力于产品和技术创新，目前产品和技术广泛应用于手机、平板、笔记本、显示器、电视等消费电子领域。京东方既不是中国军事企业，也不是中国国防工业的军民融合企业，将公司列入该名单并无正当理由。

    The Company is consistently committed to product and technological innovation. The Company’s products and technologies are widely used inconsumer electronics such as mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, monitors, and TVs. The Company is not a Chinese military company or a military-civil fusion contributor to the Chinese defense industrial base. The Company believes that there is no justification for the Company’s inclusion on suchlist.

    根据美国相关法律规则，“中国军事企业清单”的限制措施与美国国防采购事宜相关，并不禁止其他任何人与本公司进行业务往来。目前公司生产经营情况正常，各项业务稳步推进。

    According to relevant U.S. laws and regulations, the restrictions imposedon entities included on the CMC List are connected to U.S. defense procurement matters and do not prohibit any other parties from conducting business with the Company. The Company’s production, operations, and general business activities remain stable and overall business functions continue to operate smoothly and steadily.

    公司将持续跟进上述事项的进展情况，积极与相关方沟通，坚决维护公司、全体股东及所有合作伙伴的合法权益，并根据有关规定及时履行信息披露义务。

    The Company will continue to closely monitor developments regarding this matter, actively engage with relevant parties, firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Company, its shareholders and its partners. Furthermore, the Company will fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    据了解，美国国防部 2026 年 6 月 8 日 1260H “中国军事企业清单” 全名单合计80 家母公司、188 个实体（含海内外子公司）；相比 2025 版，新增 19 家商业科技企业、恢复长江存储 / 长鑫存储 2 家存储企业、移出 11 家实体。美方无客观证据，泛化 “军民融合” 概念，将大量纯民用消费、新能源、AI、生物医药企业划入，属于无理打压中国优势产业。

    本次 6 月 8 日新增上榜核心企业包括阿里巴巴集团、百度、奇虎 360、商汤科技、宇树科技、比亚迪、蔚来、中创新航（CALB）、亿纬锂能、京东方、深天马、中际旭创、晶澳科技、天合光能、药明康德、诺禾致源等知名企业。
